Summary
Siddartha “Sid” Ragala brings over 11 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in Engineering Quality, Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), Functional Safety, Project Management, and Resident Engineering for advanced automotive electronic systems. His experience spans ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), active safety systems, autonomous vehicle technologies, and passive safety products, including airbags and camera-based sensing systems.
Currently, Sid serves as a Senior Quality Analyst at ZF Group, where he leads global ASPICE process deployment activities, supports projects in achieving ASPICE compliance, and coaches project teams to achieve ASPICE readiness while maintaining compliance with ZF’s engineering processes and quality standards.
Prior to joining ZF, Sid worked as a Resident Engineer supporting Magna, Stellantis in Auburn Hills and Karma Automotive in California, serving as a key technical interface between customers and engineering teams for advanced ADAS and vehicle electronics programs.
Before that, he served as a Functional Safety Engineer at FEV North America, where he led and supported ISO 26262 functional safety activities for advanced automotive systems, including safety planning, hazard analysis and risk assessment (HARA), functional safety concepts, and safety compliance activities.
Sid also worked at TRW Automotive as a Division Quality Engineer, contributing to quality assurance and product development activities for airbag and passive safety systems, supporting high-quality product launches and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Throughout his career at ZF, FEV, Magna, Karma Automotive, and TRW, Sid has developed extensive expertise in engineering quality, automotive process improvement, ASPICE implementation, functional safety, and advanced driver assistance systems.

Golara Salemi is the Senior Global Manager of Process within the Engineering Excellence organization of PowerDrive Systems business unit at BorgWarner. Since April 2022, she has been leading global process development and deployment activities. In this role, Golara is responsible for continuous improvement of the engineering process framework, ensuring its full deployment across all new projects worldwide and preparing project teams for ASPICE assessments through coaching.
Before joining BorgWarner, Golara gained extensive experience with other automotive tier-1 suppliers, a management consulting firm and an OEM including Continental Automotive Systems Inc., Arriver Software Inc. (now part of Qualcomm) , Tadbir Consulting Firm, and Iran Khodro Automotive company.
Golara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Shariati University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tehran. She is also a certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor and IATF16949 Auditor.
With 20 years of experience, Golara specializes in process development and deployment, software quality assurance, project management coaching, business systems analysis, and preparing project teams for ASPICE assessments and IATF 16949 audits.
After his assignment as Quality Manager at FAW-VW in Changchun until 2014, he was responsible for the operation of mobile online services at VW and then headed various cross functions for the development of driver assistance systems. He has been iNTACS Vice President since 2019 and Managing Director of iNTACS since 2022.

nder Klotz is Head of Technical Compliance (TC) at Vitesco Technologies. He is responsible for the Corporate Technical Compliance Management System (TCMS) and the worldwide TC Strategy, which aim to detect and mitigate risks associated to non-compliant products (hardware and/or software) and systems.
In line with the VDA Product Compliance definition, the Vitesco TCMS covers regulations, global standards and considers relevant aspects to derive „state-of-the-art“. In his former position at Continental, Alexander Klotz led the Technical Center India (TCI), a major R&D Center of the Continental Corporation serving all Automotive Business Units globally.
During his 3 and a half-year assignment in India, the TCI grew to one of the largest R&D locations of Continental. He joined the company in 2001 holding several leadership positions in the areas of Advanced Product Development, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Testing, Project Management, Customer and Product Strategy, and Innovation.
His experience includes assignments in the USA and Japan, and covers safety relevant products like ESC, ADAS, and interior products, such as Instrument Cluster and HUD. Alexander studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration (German Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur) at the Technical University Carolo Wilhelmina in Braunschweig, Germany.
