Summary
Neha Heera is a Senior Engineering Manager at Toast, leading Toast Now mobile team,an initiative focused on improving restaurant operations through intelligent mobile workflows.
With more than 18 years of experience across Google, Amazon, Etsy, and Yelp, she has led mobile, platform, embedded, and full-stack engineering teams building products used at global scale. At Google, she led Android Automotive OS Core Experience work across System UI, Settings, notifications, launcher, and multi-display experiences, contributing to AOSP and Android-based automotive platform software.
Earlier at Amazon Lab126, she developed device software for Kindle line of devices. Her work spans device platforms, embedded systems, internationalization, AI-driven product experiences, and engineering leadership.
Ms. Heera is a Senior IEEE member, IEEE reviewer and conference speaker, and holds an M.S. in Geomatics Engineering from IIT Roorkee and a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Delhi.
